1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the edan77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. edan77 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a Restricted Person as defined in Clause 1 above.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or closed by edan77 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of edan77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using the Platform in the course of any professional or commercial gambling operation.

edan77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any product offered on the Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any detail changes.
• Create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, whether used simultaneously or sequentially, are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share access to your Account with any other person.
• Notify edan77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team.

edan77 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you have notified edan77 of any unauthorized access.

3.1 Account Currency

All Accounts on edan77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Transactions, balances, bonuses, and wagers are recorded and displayed in IDR. edan77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

edan77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we operate a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are adjusted:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used to deposit funds, confirming ownership.
• Source of Funds: In cases where edan77 deems it necessary, documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds used for betting activity.

edan77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days may result in Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.

5 Deposits

Players may fund their edan77 Account using any of the following approved payment channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being reviewed.
• edan77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which edan77 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. edan77 is not liable for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processors.
• edan77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

5.2 Currency

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). edan77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank are your sole responsibility.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of Available Balance (real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by edan77's compliance team following a completed KYC review.
• A valid, fully verified Account (KYC complete) is required before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be adjusted from time to time.
• edan77 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.
• edan77 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if such checks are initiated.

6.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. Real-money deposits that have been co-mingled with active Bonus funds may be subject to the same restrictions — please review individual promotion terms carefully before opting in.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

edan77 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments like the BRI Liga 1 season opener and AFF Cup.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
• A Player may only claim any given promotional offer once unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements are met.
• edan77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

edan77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have the Bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended or permanently closed.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on edan77 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport- or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A wager is binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. You may not cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed, except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and available.
• edan77 reserves the right to void any wager where it is determined that the wager was accepted in error, where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the wager was placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and Player account status, and are displayed at the time of wager placement.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the wager to pay out. A single void selection may reduce the accumulator to the remaining legs at edan77's discretion, as specified in the relevant sport's rules.
• For bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, the voor (handicap) line shown at the time of bet placement is the final agreed handicap, regardless of any subsequent line movement.
• Results are determined by official sources and governing bodies. edan77's trading team decision on result disputes is final following review.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the edan77 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such occurrence must be reported to edan77 support immediately. Knowingly exploiting an error is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward edan77 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with edan77.
• Allowing any third party to use your Account, or using any third party's Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the edan77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of edan77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from edan77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, edan77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside edan77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by regulatory or governmental bodies that affect the availability of the Platform in any jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, edan77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

edan77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its Players seriously. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should not be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.
• You are solely responsible for the wagers you place and the financial decisions you make on the Platform.
• You have the right to request deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team.

13 Privacy

edan77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use your data to provide and improve our services, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, comply with applicable legal obligations, and send you promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

14 Account Termination

14.1 Termination by edan77

edan77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, edan77 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

14.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting edan77 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any Available Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

15 Amendments to These Terms

edan77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.2.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of edan77.

16.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a wager, a withdrawal, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact edan77's customer support team, which will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If the matter cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, it will be escalated to edan77's compliance and disputes team for formal review. edan77's decision following a formal review shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

16.2 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
